Our returns policy
I do not offer returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, except where you have a legal right to cancel an online purchase under UK consumer law.
Because each piece is carefully selected, produced and packaged, I ask that you consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.
Cancelling an online order
If you purchase a product online, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason. If you choose to exercise this right, you must let me know within the cancellation period and return the item within the required timeframe.
The item should be returned in its original condition. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession, and a refund may be reduced if the item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or is not as described, please contact me at Kadeemmaddix1@hotmail.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item and its packaging. I will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Under UK consumer law, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, and these rights cannot be excluded through a returns policy.
Exchanges
I do not offer exchanges for unwanted items or changes of mind. If you have a problem with an item because it is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact me and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
Custom or personalised work
Where an item has been made specifically to your requirements or has been clearly personalised, the usual 14-day cancellation right may not apply. If this applies to your order, this will be made clear before you purchase.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will normally be made using the original payment method. Refunds relating to a valid cancellation will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.
