About Kadeem Maddix
Kadeem Maddix is an independent creative practice focused on art, design and visual work. Products and artwork available through the website may include original artwork, prints and other creative pieces.
All products are subject to availability. As many pieces are produced in limited quantities, an item may not always be available once it has sold out.
Products and artwork
I make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions and prices displayed on the website are accurate. Because artwork and other creative pieces are photographed and displayed digitally, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Where an item is handmade, individually produced or naturally varied, small differences may occur. These differences are part of the character of the piece and should not automatically be considered defects.
Prices and payment
All prices displayed on the website are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full when placing an order. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
I reserve the right to correct pricing errors or other inaccuracies on the website. If an incorrect price has been displayed and you have already placed an order, I will contact you before processing the order.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. You will receive confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in certain circumstances, such as where an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or payment has not been successfully received. If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery
Delivery information, estimated processing times and shipping costs are provided in the Shipping Policy and, where applicable, during checkout. I will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, although delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of my control.

Returns and refunds
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions. For most goods purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods. Certain products may be excluded from this right, including some personalised or custom-made items.
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet your legal rights as a consumer, please contact me so that I can arrange an appropriate solution.

Intellectual property
All artwork, photography, designs, text, graphics, logos and other creative content displayed on this website belong to Kadeem Maddix or are used with permission.
You may view the content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or use any of the creative content without prior written permission.
Purchasing an artwork, print or other product does not transfer ownership of the copyright or intellectual property contained within it.

You agree to use this website lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, use the website for fraudulent purposes, or reproduce its content without permission.
